Employees may choose from a variety of programmes that can be tailored to suit individual needs and goals.

There are four main programmes to choose from, named after the four classical elements (Earth, Water, Sun and Air). These represent specific operational cores within our organisation, all intrinsically linked and equally fundamental in achieving our goal of working together to “transform the sky”.
